— 01

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT focuses on identifying unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, then replacing them with skill that support clarity, confidence, and effective action in everyday life.

OUR APPROACH

Evidence-based methods, thoughtfully applied.

We draw from approaches with strong research backing. Which methods we use depends on what you’re working on — and what works best for you.

— 02

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT offers practical tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier relationships — especially helpful when emotions feel intense or overwhelming.

— 03

Acceptance & Commitment (ACT)

ACT helps you step out of the struggle with thoughts and feelings, clarify your values, and take meaningful action — so your life is guided by purpose, not symptoms.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your first few sessions

Starting therapy can feel uncertain. Here’s roughly what the process looks like, though we adjust based on what you need.

Step 01 — Free Consultation Call A 15-minute conversation to make sure we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment — just a chance to ask questions and get a feel for working together.

Step 02 — Initial Evaluation Your first full session (60 min). We take time to understand your history, current concerns, and what you'd like to work toward.

Step 03 — Ongoing Sessions Most sessions are 50 minutes, scheduled weekly or biweekly. We blend conversation, evidence-based tools, and reflection — adjusting as we go.

Step 04 — Check-Ins & Adjustments Your needs may change. So do our strategies. We regularly check in on what's working and refine the plan in real time.
