WHAT WE OFFER
Supervision and consultation, tailored to your stage.
Whether you're accruing hours toward licensure or seeking consultation to sharpen your clinical work, supervision is structured around where you are and where you're headed.
— 01
Licensure Supervision — Structured supervision for clinicians accruing hours toward licensure. We focus on building clinical competence, ethical decision-making, and confidence — while meeting the documentation and oversight your board requires.
— 02
Clinical Consultation — Case consultation for already-licensed clinicians who want a thinking partner. Bring your toughest cases, conceptualization questions, or moments of “stuckness” to a structured, collegial space.
— 03
Evidence-Based Skill Development — Focused training in CBT, DBT, and ACT — how to apply these approaches with real clients, not just understand them in theory. Ideal for clinicians wanting to deepen a specific modality.
— 04
Assessment & Evaluation Mentorship — For clinicians building competence in psychological assessment. Guidance on test selection, administration, interpretation, and report writing, drawing on extensive evaluation experience.
OUR APPROACH
Supervision that develops the whole clinician.
Good supervision is more than oversight. It’s a relationship that helps you grow in skill, judgment, and confidence — so you become the clinician your clients need.
—01
Grounded in evidence
Supervision rooted in the same evidence-based frameworks that guide strong clinical work — CBT, DBT, and ACT — so you learn approaches with real research behind them.
—02
Developmentally Attuned
Supervision meets you where you are. Early-career clinicians need different support than seasoned ones, and the work adjusts to your stage, your strengths, and your growth edges.
—03
Collaborative, Not Hierarchial
A supervisory relationship built on mutual respect and genuine dialogue — a space where you can be honest about what’s hard, ask real questions, and develop your own clinical voice.
WHAT TO EXPECT
How Supervision works.
Supervision is structured but flexible, designed to meet both your licensure requirements and your development goals.
Step 01 — Initial Conversation A consultation to understand your goals, your stage of training, your board's requirements, and whether we're a good fit as supervisor and supervisee.
Step 02 — Setting the Foundation We establish a supervision agreement, clarify expectations and documentation, and identify your specific growth goals for our work together.
Step 03 — Ongoing Supervision Regular sessions — typically weekly or biweekly — combining case review, clinical conceptualization, skill-building, and ethical discussion. We work with your real cases and real questions.
Step 04 — Growth & Evaluation Periodic check-ins on your development, honest feedback, and documentation of your progress toward licensure or your consultation goals.
